I worked with Jeff to purchase and he was fantastic! He quickly answered questions and discussed options, and I never felt pressured to purchase. Jason installed the play set and was so kind in helping us decide how to situate it in our yard. He even laid out the set before assembly so we could be certain we liked where it would be set up.
