Are your showrooms open?
Yes! All three of our showrooms are open for in-person customer shopping during normal business hours. We continue to stock a full line of swing sets and hoops, as well as trampolines on order. Should you prefer, we continue to offer you a touchless shopping experience via our website, phone, email, and online chat.
What are you doing to ensure customer and employee safety at your showrooms?
We pride ourselves on always maintaining a clean and safe environment. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have become even more diligent about sanitizing surfaces and regularly wiping down swing sets and stations. We are also adhering to mask wearing policies in states where it is mandated.
Additionally, all employees have increased hand washing frequency and are maintaining six feet of social distancing as recommended in the guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
Finally, we have discontinued Pay to Play and hosting birthday parties through December 18, 2020.
Finally, we are limiting the number of people allowed in the showrooms at one time during our pre-scheduled Pay to Play sessions. Consult our online calendar to book your session.
For the time being, we are only scheduling one birthday party at a time to assist with social distancing. Staff are performing extra disinfecting of the party rooms between each party. Schedule your birthday party at any of our three locations using our online calendar.
Are your services like power washing, installation, and sealing still available at this time?
Yes, we continue to offer our full range of services including Delivery and Installation, Washing, Sealing, Staining, Moving and Relocating, and our Buy Back program.
Our professional technicians will maintain six feet of social distancing from every customer. They will also not engage in any face-to-face conversations. Additionally, their workstations are sanitized multiple times each day.
Can we pick up our play equipment from your showroom?
Yes, play equipment pickup is available at any of our showrooms. We continue to maintain the highest standards in cleanliness and disinfection to ensure all our customers and staff remain safe. Should you prefer a contact-free pickup, you can call to schedule a pickup time. Upon arrival at our showroom, call us and we will bring your equipment out to your vehicle while adhering to the social distancing guidelines.
Can we shop for play equipment online?
Yes, you can shop for many of our products online, including Springfree and AlleyOOP trampolines, Goalsetter basketball hoops, and our most popular Swing Set models. Feel free to contact us with any questions. Team members are available throughout the day via phone or online chat to assist you with choosing and purchasing your play equipment.
Should you prefer an in-person shopping experience, all three of our showrooms are open and staff are available to welcome you, answer any questions, and assist you with your purchase.
When will you resume Pay to Play and birthday parties in your showrooms?
Currently, Pay to Play and birthday parties will not be taking place in our showrooms for the foreseeable future. When these do resume, we will post a notice on our website.
What should I do if I have already scheduled and paid for a birthday party?
Please call our showroom or visit our website to reschedule or cancel your party. Should you decide to cancel, we will fully refund any fees paid.
